Hitch – Boom Distance parameter characterizes the distance in meters, measured on the tractor’s longitudinal axis, between tractor hitch point for dragging implements and the effective implement line (for example, the spraying nozzle line). The value is used to inform the IsoView system the exact location in which the agricultural application is taking place, so that the trail graphic representation is consistent with reality. In conjunction with other two parameters – Antenna – Hitch Distance and Hitch – Ground Contact Distance, the IsoView system builds the drawbar implement geometry shown graphically on the navigation screen.
