Telephone Timesheets two-way voice communication system is used for human-to-human phone calls. For example, an outbound call from a supervisor to an employee, or an inbound call from an employee, or client, or vendor. Telephone Timesheets will route all of these calls, record them, transcribe them, and log them.

Two-way voice communication is accessible throughout the admin portal, anywhere you see the phone and text icons as shown here in the employee table:
