Telephone Timesheets offers a database specifically for admins to manage their list of individual contacts that may be important for daily operations. Contacts can also be linked to clients and/or vendors.

Admins can perform click-to-call and click-to-text communications with contacts directly from the admin portal. This allows the system to maintain a detailed record of all communications with these contacts. In the case of voice calls, recording and transcription is also supported. As an added benefit, when communications are initiated from Telephone Timesheets, your personal phone number is never exposed. Outbound calls and texts will have a special caller ID.

Highlights of the Contacts Page

1. Contacts are organized into 2 different categories; People and Organizations. You can filter Contacts using these tabs

2. Here you can add a Contact , adjust settings , and find additional information about the employee page .

3. Here you can edit contacts and delete contacts Delete Button

4. Here, you can add a new contact. This has the same function as the blue plus sign in the upper right corner.

5. If you are unable to see some options, you can expand a users contact information by clicking the icon next to their name.
