Telephone Timesheets supports two types of contact records:
- People
- Organizations
Highlights of the Contacts Page
1. Contacts are organized into 3 different categories; People and Organizations. You can filter Contacts using these tabs
2. Here you can add a Contact
, adjust settings
, and find additional information about the employee page
.
3. Here you can edit contacts
and delete contacts ![Delete Button Delete Button]()
4. Here, you can add a new contact. This has the same function as the blue plus sign
in the upper right corner.
5. If you are unable to see some options, you can expand a users contact information by clicking the
icon next to their name.
