Highlights of The Trouble Tickets Page

The Trouble Tickets page can be accessed by selecting “Operations” from the top menu and then “Trouble Tickets” from the drop down.

The Trouble Tickets section of the portal is where tickets can be created and assigned to worked. It contains a filterable view that can be sorted based on ticket properties.

1. Here you can create a ticket entry , adjust settings , and find additional information about the trouble ticket page .

2. Here you can edit ticket entries, delete Delete Button tickets entries, add a time entry, view audit history, and copy a link to the ticket.

3. Here, you can add a new ticket entry. This has the same function as the blue plus sign in the upper right corner. You can also download time entry records by clicking

4. Here, you can view your ticket entries on a day-by-day basis and refresh the Trouble Tickets page .

5. Here, you can filter your ticket entries by the Admin assigned to the ticket or by the work status assigned to the ticket.
