Job Schedules Overview
For each job that you have created on the jobs page, you can create any number of Job Schedules.
Job Schedules contain 3 required components:
- The Job being scheduled
- The Employee being scheduled (or “any employee” if the person who clocks in is unknown)
- The Start Time & End Time for the schedule. (or “anytime” for situations where an exact start time is unknown)
Job Schedules can recur any frequency according to standard recurrence rules that all modern devices support. e.g. daily, weekly, every 3 weeks, monthly, etc.
Job Schedules can be single occurrence. e.g. December 25th, 2028
Job Schedule entries are not required; however, if your company’s schedules are stored in Telephone Timesheets, it makes the system far more powerful and impactful to your daily operations through AI-powered automation.
The job schedules page can be accessed by selecting “Scheduling” from the top menu and then “Job Schedules” from the drop down.

Highlights of The Job Schedules Page
1. This is where you can enter filter terms that to only show the job schedules you are interested in.

2. These options allow you to add a schedule

3. Here you can edit
and delete
schedule entries.
4. You are able to add a new schedule with this button which has the same function as the blue plus sign
in the upper right corner.
5. View your schedules on a day-by-day basis by clicking the
. You can also refresh the page by clicking the
.
6. Lastly, this is where you can toggle between viewing disabled schedules, expired schedules, active schedules, or customize it to your liking.
