As for hourly tours, a supervisor can set the tour to have multiple checkpoints hourly. Meaning, an employee can clock in and has to be at checkpoint A 20 minutes after their shift start, and so on.

Simply select the “Hourly Tour” option once you click the icon in the upper right corner of the tours page.

After you’ve selected the proper option, begin filling out the form to fit your needs. You can name your tour, add or delete checkpoints, and set when the employee has to be at each checkpoint after their shift start.

Uniquely, with Hourly Tours, you also have the option to further customize your checkpoints by click the icon to the right of the checkpoint.

This brings up a new set of parameters like a public identified (i.e main parking lot, break room, etc), checkpoint requirements (i.e specific photos to be submitted), a map, and the option to upload photos.
