Telephone Timesheets offers an integrated call center feature that can be used to initiate outbound calls directly from the admin portal.
Using the admin portal to place all outbound calls has several advantages:
1. All outbound calls are logged in a central location (as opposed to calls from individual cell phones)
2. All outbound calls are recorded and transcribed (optional setting)
3. All outbound calls associated with a time entry (e.g. call to employee who is late) are attached to the time entry.

The Call Center setting form is used to configure company-specific preferences like enabling call recording.

Note: Inbound calls are also supported in a similar fashion. Inbound call capability requires provisioning of a new toll-free number for inbound calls.
