Motor and Logic Power
Each RaptorLinx-Ai-ST is equipped with the ability to separate the Motor Power from the Logic Power.
!Please note that in all power connection situations it is recommended to tie all DC common terminals together and a single connection to earth ground.
*Regardless of whether 48V or 24V Power supplies are used, the RaptorLinx-Ai-ST either uses the supplied 24V or internally converts 48V to 24V for all of its logic I/O.
24V devices can be used for all digital I/O regardless of whether 24V or 48V power is used.
Connecting only Motor Power
*Connecting only to Motor Power will provide power to both the motor circuits and the logic circuits.
Connecting Separate Logic and Motor Power
*Providing a separate power connection to the Logic Power, you can keep the logic and communications powered and active and disconnect the Motor Power to assure all motors are disconnected such as in an E-Stop situation
