Connect with EasyRoll+

EasyRoll+ is required to connect to any given RaptorLinx-Ai-ST and configure its settings and parameters. EasyRoll+ also provides many configuration and status monitoring functions that we will not go over in this particular example. Here we will show the minimum steps required to connect and configure the RaptorLinx-Ai-ST.

Once installed on your PC, EasyRoll+ is designed to be able to Discover Pulseroller Ethernet based modules including RaptorLinx-Ai-ST without requiring you to pre-configure or otherwise set-up your PC’s network adapter.

	With the RaptorLinx-Ai-ST powered up and connected to your PC’s network; click the Discover Modules button.
	After discovery, you can verify that EasyRoll+ found and connected to your RaptorLinx-Ai-ST. Please note that the Discover function retrieves the IP address, MAC address, and the Serial Number of your controller
	Although not required for this stand alone example, you can set a desired IP address and subnet mask and then click the Set button.
