How Long Does It Take?

Setting up an agency on the Gated White Label Agency plan takes some manual work on our part and a bit on the agency’s part as well.

We suggest allowing a week for the setup process, but we’ve seen it go significantly faster.

STEP 1: Digital Signing of Agreement Documents

We require a digital signature on two documents before commencing the setup process. These documents are essentially just an acknowledgement of our terms of service and privacy policy.

STEP 2: Agency Completes Checklist

The first step in the setup process is that we provide a checklist form to the agency. The agency must complete the checklist and return items that include the following:

  • What is your Prospect Maximizer account email?
  • What is the brand name of your white-labeled version of Prospect Maximizer? ex: My Agency Tool
  • What subdomain do you want to use for your white-labeled platform? (i.e. app.yourdomain.com)
  • Logo for the upper left corner of the app. Usually best if it’s a PNG with a transparent background.
  • Favicon (optional). File must by .ico filetype.
  • Title tag: What do you want the title to be in the browser when people are in your application? This is what is displayed in the browser tab, and displayed when a link to your app is shared in social media. (Should be 50-60 characters)
  • What is the primary color you want to use in place of the Prospect Maximizer blue? Please enter a hex value. (See https://htmlcolorcodes.com/ if you need reference)
  • What is the email you want to use for your support email address?

STEP 3: Agency Enters ‘A’ Record in DNS Settings

Agency enters an ‘A’ record in their DNS settings. This will set up the subdomain of the agency’s choice to be ready to display the white label platform when it becomes available.

Prospect Maximizer will provide detailed instructions for this simple step.

STEP 4: Agency Validates Domain Ownership for Google

We create a custom Google app for each agency to push and sync data to your Google Sheets. To run this app on your domain, Google requires us to submit it for approval for each domain it runs on – but before we can do that, Google requires owner verification of the domain.

After we receive the completed checklist in STEP 2 above, Prospect Maximizer provides agency with a custom TXT record to be added to agency’s DNS settings.

STEP 5: Prospect Maximizer Implements Gated White Label Agency Platform

Now we take the checklist and set up the app to run on the agency’s domain with the agency’s brand name, custom subdomain, logo, favicon, primary color and support email address.

At this time, we also create the agency’s custom Google app.

STEP 6: Google App Approval Process

For this final step, we need to identify one of the profiles in your agency’s account that Prospect Maximizer can use for a quick demonstration video of the custom app for Google. In the video, we’ll authenticate with Google Drive and create a demo campaign (that does not run) to demonstrate how the app syncs with Google Sheets. There is no impact on the profile.

Once the demo video is created, we submit the app to Google for approval.

STEP 7: Go Make Money :)

When we get approval from Google, you’re all set.

Since the tool is now using a different Google app for syncing data to your Google Sheets from your custom domain, you’ll want to go to your “Credentials” page and click “Disconnect Google Drive” and then re-authenticate for each profile in your account.

That’s it – you’re ready to go!
