Over time, your business may ebb or flow, and you may find yourself wanting to upgrade or downgrade your monthly plan with Prospect Maximizer. You can do this yourself at any time. The system will automatically track your usage, prorate it according to the precise amount of time utilized on each plan, and adjust your next invoice accordingly.
Here’s how upgrade or downgrade your plan:
1) Click on the white “profile” icon in the upper right corner of the Prospect Maximizer.
2) In the dropdown menu that appears, click on “Account.”
That will bring you to your “Account” page, where you’ll see the various plan options:
Simply click the button that says “Change to This Plan” for the desired plan, and you’re all set.
