SOLO PLAN

Customers on the Solo Plan will be billed $199 per month minimum until cancellation (or upgrading to another plan). This applies to an account that has 1 profile as well as an account that has zero profiles and has not cancelled.

Customers on the Solo Plan can add and remove additional profiles at any time. The system will track the precise usage of any additional profiles and automatically prorate the $199 monthly cost of additional profiles based on the exact amount of time used.

If, for example, a customer begins the billing cycle with 2 profiles on the Solo Plan and after a few days removes the second profile, the system will track the exact moment of removal and issue a credit for the unused funds at the beginning of the next billing cycle – and apply it to the next invoice.

TEAM PLAN

Customers on the Team Plan will be billed $499 per month minimum until cancellation (or changing to another plan).

Customers on the Team Plan can add and remove additional profiles at any time. The system will track the precise usage of any additional profiles and automatically prorate the $99 monthly cost of additional profiles based on the exact amount of time used.

If, for example, a customer begins the billing cycle with 4 profiles on the Team Plan and after a few days removes the fourth profile, the system will track that and issue a credit for the unused funds at the beginning of the next billing cycle – and apply it to the next invoice.

AGENCY PLAN

Customers on the Agency Plan will be billed $1299 per month minimum until cancellation (or downgrading to another plan).

Customers on the Agency Plan can add and remove additional profiles at any time. The system will track the precise usage of any additional profiles and automatically prorate the $79 monthly cost of additional profiles based on the exact amount of time used.

If, for example, a customer begins the billing cycle with 11 profiles on the Agency Plan and after a few days removes the eleventh profile, the system will track that and issue a credit for the unused funds at the beginning of the next billing cycle – and apply it to the next invoice.
