Everybody who has an account on LinkedIn can use the Linked Privacy Settings to control who is able to access their email address.
There are three basic scenarios:
- Allow anybody to access email address (small minority of LinkedIn users)
- Allow people with whom I am connected to access email address (the majority of LinkedIn users)
- Do not allow anybody to access email address (small minority of LinkedIn users)
The fourth column from the left on the Campaign Page is the “Email Status Indicator.” If Prospect Maximizer has been able to access a prospect’s email address on your behalf, you will see an email icon in this column:
If you hover over the icon, the prospect’s email address will be displayed.
If no email address is currently available for the prospect in that row, this column will be blank.
