Trainer Assessor Facilitator Matrix (D9)

*A Trainer Assessor Facilitator Matrix (D9) is required for all Trainers, Assessors or Facilitators delivering accredited courses (CPR, BELS, FA, and ART). The Matrix collects evidence of the skills and experience associated with the delivered courses.

The Matrix must be updated every two years. An organisational template has been developed to assist with this process. Accredited training and assessment must be delivered with an approved Matrix.

Trainers with a current Trainer Matrix in the Public Training area are not required to complete any duplicate sections they have already signed off.
