In this section of the Create New Incident form, users can document supplier-related issues associated with the incident.
- Selected the Impacted Supplier: A single-select dropdown field for choosing the supplier impacted by the issue. This dropdown dynamically loads the list of registered suppliers in the system.
- When a supplier is selected, the following fields are automatically populated with the relevant details:
- Supplier Representative Name: Displays the name of the representative associated with the selected supplier.
- Representative’s Phone: Displays the phone number of the supplier’s representative.
- Representative’s Email: Displays the email address of the supplier’s representative.
- When a supplier is selected, the following fields are automatically populated with the relevant details:
- Details of the Issue: A rich text field for describing the issue involving the supplier.
- Relevant Documents (Optional): A file attachment field for uploading documents related to the supplier issue.
