The Incident application comprises two workflows: the central workflow, Incident Management, and a subsidiary workflow known as Additional Investigation.

  • Incident Management

This workflow consists of seven primary stages: Create New Incident Report, Review Incident Report, Modify Incident Report, Execute Root Cause Investigation & Create Actions, Action Item Management, Check Effectiveness & Approve Report, and Review and Approve Report.

  • Additional Investigation

This workflow is triggered only if the assigned root cause investigator determines that further analysis is necessary. It consists of two primary stages: Request Additional Investigation and Incident Investigation.
