9.1.1.5. Product Information

In this section of the Create New Incident form, users can document the product-related aspects of the incident.

1. Products: A multi-select dropdown field for choosing the product(s) associated with the incident. This dropdown dynamically loads the list of registered products in the system.
   

   **Products are created and managed in the Product(s) / Equipment application.

2. What is the impact on the selected products?: A rich text field for describing the impact of the incident on the selected products.
