We are pleased to introduce several key updates to the Details view, designed to enhance user experience and improve overall efficiency. The page layout has been optimized, object names now remain visible while scrolling, the performance measures values are moved to a tab users can open and close as needed.
Enhanced Accordion Ordering
The Details view has been rearranged to feature the most relevant and frequently used accordions at the top of the page. This update provides a more intuitive and user-friendly experience for all business users.
New Process Module Accordions
There are also some new and some enhanced accordions in the Process module:
- SIPOC: This accordion has been both renewed and moved up in the list for better accessibility. Click here for more information about the new SIPOC.
- Scope: A new accordion that allows end-users and analysts to gain a deeper understanding of the process’s scope. Click here for more information about the new Scope field.
- RASCI-VS Matrix: RASCI-VS Matrix: Now prominently displayed, showing the responsibilities assigned to the process’s flow objects or subprocesses. This accordion was previously nested within the ‘Summary’ accordion. The flow objects present in the matrix are clickable, allowing users to automatically navigate to the flow object within the same Details page.
Object Name Sticky Header
As you scroll down in the Details view, the name of the currently selected object will remain visible at the top of the screen as a sticky header.
This feature ensures that you always have immediate access to the context of the selected object, enhancing navigation.
Collapsible Performance Data Tab
The performance measure values and threshold meter are now located in a collapsible tab that users can easily open or close. By default, this tab will be open when accessing a KPI, KCI, or KRI.
This enhancement offers the flexibility to collapse the tab, allowing users to focus on the content within the Details view and providing more space for data display.
