The 15.2.1 Service Pack delivers eight bug fixes to enhance workflows and overall user experience.

Fixed Issues

Review Cycles

Fixed an issue where active review cycles could encounter an error when updating. If an object had values in all review fields (start date, frequency, etc.) except the deadline, and the start date was in the past, this would cause an error and prevent updates from being processed correctly.

RASCI-VS Matrix Table in Details View

Fixed an issue where the RASCI-VS Matrix table in the Details view displayed hyperlinked objects, but clicking on links for subprocesses did not navigate users to the corresponding subprocess as expected.

This issue did not affect links for other flow objects, where navigation functioned correctly.

BPMN Import

  • Fixed an issue where importing a BPMN diagram initially displayed it as a Flowchart that mirrored the original layout. However, switching to the Swimlanes view applied auto-layout, which did not preserve the original structure.
  • Fixed an issue where transitions on artifacts and assets were not displayed when importing a BPMN process diagram.

Process Map Comparison

Fixed an issue where the published process map displayed incorrectly when using the Show Changes tool during Approval or Endorsement.

Action Boxes

  • Fixed an issue where the Pending Review action box did not appear in the Details view when users clicked on an object requiring review in the To Do module.
  • Fixed an issue where the Pending Approval box did not appear in the Details view when a user sent a process for approval from the Diagram view.

Search Dropdown

Fixed an issue where the search widget’s suggestion dropdown could sometimes appear in the top-left corner of the search results page.
