12.1.9.8 Mass Actions

The Mass Actions allows you to perform various item management actions for multiple objects at a time. These mass actions are accessible through the List view across all modules for all users.

Available Mass Actions:

• Mass Approval Configuration
• Mass Endorsement Configuration
• Mass Publish
• Mass Responsibility (RASCI-VS) Editing
• Mass Subscribe & Unsubscribe
• Mass Custom Attributes Editing
• Mass Edit
• Mass Delete
• Mass Move
• Merge
• Mass Impact Recommendations
• Mass Collaboration
• Mass Favorite & Unfavorite

How to Use Mass Actions:

1. Navigate to the List view in any module.

*Ensure that the ‘Select Box’ is visible. To add it, go to and click on the ‘Select Box’ option.

2. Select the items you want to manage by checking the corresponding boxes.
3. Once you have selected at least one item, icons for the available mass actions will appear at the top of the list.
4. Click on the desired icon to access the mass actions features:
   • When you click on the ellipsis menu, you’ll find the mass action options. Note that the collaboration, favorite, and unfavorite options are available outside of this menu, highlighted with an orange box in the image below.

*Some options may be unavailable depending on how many objects were selected and their current states.
