Ability to Edit Objects in an Active Endorsement Cycle

Users can now edit objects during an active endorsement cycle without needing to close or complete the cycle. This allows for dynamic updates to address evolving needs or previously unnoticed errors while maintaining the active endorsement process.

By default, this feature is disabled. System Admins can enable it in the Advanced settings by changing the ENABLE_ENDORSEMENT_CYCLE_EDIT field from ‘false’ to ‘true’.
