Organizations can now set default templates for new Objectives, KPIs, KRIs, KCIs, and Rules, in addition to the existing options for Documents, Flow Objects, and Processes.

This feature allows users to pre-configure descriptions, which is particularly useful for standardizing information and formatting across the same object type that requires consistent introductions or structures. By automating this process, users save time and reduce redundancy, ensuring uniformity and efficiency in documentation.

How it Works

  1. Configuring the Feature: System Admins need to input the desired templates in the following fields within the Advanced settings:
    • DESCRIPTION_DEFAULT_KCI
    • DESCRIPTION_DEFAULT_KPI
    • DESCRIPTION_DEFAULT_KRI
    • DESCRIPTION_DEFAULT_OBJECTIVE
    • DESCRIPTION_DEFAULT_RULE

  1. Create a New Object: When a user creates a new object, the pre-configured description will automatically appear in the ‘Description’ field of the creation form.
