7.1.2 Show Changes

When you need to approve an object in EPC, it is possible to review the proposed changes before granting approval. By using the “Show Changes” functionality, approvers can view the original object and its details alongside the highlighted updates.

Added elements will be highlighted in green, removed elements will be highlighted in red, and modified elements will be highlighted in yellow.

How to Use the Show Changes Functionality

1. Open the Pending Approval action box in the Diagram or Details view.
2. Click on the Show Changes button.

3. To exit this view, click on the Hide Changes button that replaced the Show Changes button.
