Manula lets your manual readers rate your topics, using the “Was this helpful? YES/NO” buttons at the bottom of your live topics. The statistics on these ratings can provide helpful information for improving your manuals, especially when you get a high volume of ratings on your topics.
However, what would be even more helpful in case of “NO” votes, would be to know why a user didn’t think the topic was helpful.
So today we implemented a small tweak that subtly nudges NO-voters to also leave a comment explaining why:
