HTTPS for all live manuals on manula.com

November 2nd, 2017

Today, the manula.com website and, more importantly, all manuals hosted on manula.com, have been moved to HTTPS.

This is especially important for Private manuals hosted on manula.com, ensuring that login credentials are sent over a secure connection.

Don’t worry, you do not need to change anything on your side to make this work.
All “old” HTTP manual URLs automatically redirect to the new HTTPS URLs.

Fix: integrated manuals on HTTPS

August 25th, 2014

Just fixed a bug with the integration system that lets you show a Manula manual on your own domain. The bug only happened when showing a manual on a HTTPS url on your own domain and caused all internal topic links to open in a new window (target = “_blank”).

Fixed now, thanks to the guys from AgileBits!

New: Live manuals now allow HTTPS

May 21st, 2014

All live manuals can now (optionally) be accessed over HTTPS.
E.g. https://www.manula.com/manuals/proton27/manula

This is useful if you want to integrate your manual into an iframe within a website that runs on HTTPS.
