Although each SLSC may call their leadership positions something slightly different at a local SLSC level, there are standard terms for key leadership positions within an SLSC. Each of these roles has a job description template which can be found at the end of this document.
Key CMT leadership positions within your SLSC are noted in the default SurfGuard officer positions to receive important communications from their SLSNSW branch and state centre.

- Lifesaving – Director of Lifesaving/ Club Captain
- President
- Finance – Treasurer/Director of Finance
- Administration – Director of Administration/Secretary
- Junior Activities – JAC/Nippers coordinator

- SLSC members may also take on the following roles to meet SLSC policy and external legislation requirements:
