The ‘Internal Memberships’ sub-menu has two options which allows you to manage internal memberships or add new internal membership categories.
Internal memberships are those specific to your club but are not recognised outside the club, such as gym membership, social club membership, school groups etc
Mailing Groups
As above, Mailing Groups can be assigned to a member via a Members File (or via the Mailing Group section of Surfguard).
Creation of Mailing Groups are managed via the Organisational Management section of Surfguard.
Members in a Patrol are automatically in a Patrol Mailing Group

Quick links are available when viewing or editing a members file to access further member information.
Membership Renewal Form
If you have opened a members file and click on the Membership Renewal Form link, a pre-filled in membership form will be displayed that a club can print out and have the member sign.
