Once a member has been found there are a number of action icons that will allow you to view/edit various information attached to a members profile such as personal information, awards, patrols, transactions, notes and documents.


1. Click on the settings icon and this will provide a link to access a members Awards, Transactions, Patrols, Notes, Documents and any pending requests attached to a members profile.

2. Clicking on the ‘edit’ icon will allow the members file to be edited
3. Clicking on the ‘view’ icon will display the members file.

Membership Files and Editing
Membership files contain the following sections:
General Details
Home and Postal Address
Phone number and Email addresses
Clothing Sizes and other details
Membership Details
Guardian Information
Declaration and Member Verification
Member Protection – Working With Children
Medical Details
Emergency Contact Details
Enrolment/Background details
Internal Membership/Mailing Groups
Member Links
Member Area (Portal) Details

Only the fields highlight by a red asterisk are compulsory fields.
