Internal Membership
Clubs can create their own internal membership groups. This is managed in the ‘Organisation Management – Internal Membership’ section of Surfguard.
Example of such groups: 2022 State Touring Team, BBQ Team, Nipper Competition Board Squad.
To create an ‘Internal Membership Category’ go to the ‘Organisation Management – Internal Membership’ section of Surfguard and click on ‘Add New Internal Membership Category. Type in the name of the group and assign a display order number.
Members can be assigned to an ‘Internal Membership Group’ if a club has created such groups.
When viewing/editing a members file a list of ‘Internal Membership Groups’ will be listed and able to be selected. (Located bottom right of member file)
Internal Membership groups can be used in the Surfguard communication module to contact specific groups via SMS or Email
