Officers at a Branch and State level can be granted the ability to Submit forms (in the Members Area) on a Members’ behalf and also approve members forms, see the permission checkbox in image below.
To assign a Branch or State Officer ensure that you are at your Branch or State organisational level in Surfguard.
Open up the Officer list.
Edit the Officer
Tick the checkbox – ‘Online Form Submitter & Approver’ (State Level)
Tick the checkbox – Online Form Submitter’ (Branch Level)
Submit on Behalf of a Member at Club
If a Branch or State Officer wishes to create and submit a form in the Members Area – Forms section the following is displayed.
Branch level – shows all the clubs in the Branch
State level – shows all the clubs in the State
