Guardian Information
The system captures an under 18 year members guardian first and last name.
Declaration Information
This section can only be populated/edit by club admin or is automatically updated when a members online renewal or join application is processed via the pending requests section of surfguard. If a member has completed a hard copy of the Annual Membership Form, club admins need to update this section. All paper Membership Forms needs to be sorted at the surf club, under lock and key, for a period of 5 years.
Member Verification
This section can only be completed by club admin and not the member
If you have verified a members DOB, this is the section to record that information.
Guardian Information
When a new member is Joining and it is detected that they are under the age of 18yrs the collection of their Parent/Guardian First Name, Last Name, Mobile and Email is required (all fields mandatory)
Additionally when an email/SMS communication is sent to members under 18yrs, via Surfguard, the communication is also sent to the Parent/Guardian
