Members can register a number of details within the Medical Details section, including Covid vaccination status.
Injured/Light Duties
This checkbox should be ticked if a member has been injured or assigned Light Duties due to injury.
By ticking this checkbox, members will not be eligible for entry into SEMS or Patrol Duties.
This function is only available to club admin and not the member.
Covid Vaccination
There are 5 Covid vaccination statuses that can be selected from the drop-down.
- Not Vaccinated
- Partically Vaccinated
- Fully Vaccinated
- Fully Vaccinated + Booster
- Not Vaccinated with Exemption
Additional Vaccination Notes can also be added and once sighted the Proof of Vaccination box can be ticked
NOTE: Members can also update their Convida Vaccination status & add Vaccinatin Notes via their Members Area Account > Update Personal Details > Medical Details.
There is a checkbox for ‘Proof of Vaccination Sighted’
Reporting: The above fields can be reported in a Custom Report > Medical Fields.
Emergency Details
A number of fields are compulsory which are identified by asterisk
The checkbox ‘Prefill with member info’ pre-fills in address and surname details
