5.5.3 Officer Position Synonym

When viewing the Officers section in Surfguard a list of Officer Positions will present.
Clubs can rename the default list of available Officer Roles. The Officer Position Synonyms area is used to rename positions that have been set by SLSA. For example, your club might call their Education position a Surf Teacher, therefore, renaming the positions to better relate to your organisation.

To rename your officer positions simply navigate to the Officer Position Synonym section in SurfGuard. (Organisational Management > Officers > Officer Position Synonym)

To rename a position simply type the new position name in the box next to the Officer Name and hit ‘Save’
