To add a member to an Officer Position click on the ‘NEW’ link under ‘Officer Options’ for the relevant position.

From the Officer drop down box – select the member
Select starting and finishes dates.

Tick the checkbox ‘Use Alternative Email’ if an alternative email address for the Officer is to be used. If the alternative email field is not used then specific officer role email notifications will be sent to the email address contained within the Officers Surfguard membership file (this could possibly be a private/home email address).

Note: If an Officer has engaged the ‘User Alternative Email’ function then specific officer role email notifications such as Active Kids vouchers, New Members Joining, Membership Renewals and pending Form Approvals will be sent to the alternative email recorded.

Select the Administrative Functions you wish to assign

Clubs can ‘EDIT’ existing Officer Positions
By ‘EDITING’ the Officer position you will be able to select a new Officer, select a date and assign Administrative Functions.

Click the ‘Edit’ link for the Officer Position that needs changing.
