Clinics can set up a set of rules that make it possible to give patients certain ‘tags’ automatically in the web portal.
An example of a rule:
- For patients with a well-being score below 52 based on their answers to the WHO-5 questionnaire, a WHO-5 ‘tag’ will automatically be set in the web portal.
