You should have received an invitation from your clinician an invite to create an account for the Monsenso smartphone application.
Follow these instructions to create your account and sign into the app.
You will be prompted to set a PIN for the application. Choose a PIN that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess. You will be asked to input your new PIN twice for verification. Whenever you open the application, you will be prompted to input this PIN. Your PIN must be at least four numbers long.
Once your PIN has been set, a series of introduction screens give a brief description of the modules available for you in the app.
