This user guide describes the functions and features of the Monsenso phone app and web portal system that you will be using.
The web portal can be accessed via a browser on a computer or tablet, such as an iPad. We currently support the latest versions of Chrome and Safari. You can use others, like Firefox or Edge, but they are not supported and hence may not work correctly.
The smartphone app requires:
- iOS version 14.0 and onwards.
- Android version 10.0 and onwards.
It is recommended that this guide be read prior to using the system, so that you can become acquainted with all of Monsenso Clinic’s features.
This is a comprehensive user guide, which contains mentions of functionality which is not available to all users.
