4.9. Action Plans

For patients:

On the web portal, you can add and delete action plans.

For a description of Action plans, refer to section 3.5. Action Plans.

For clinicians:

The action plans section is there for you to create helpful plans and memos for your patient. Action plans can consist of tips, notes, and plans for the occurrence of specific behaviour. Each action plan contains sub-sections called items.

You can submit an action plan template that will be distributed to multiple patients. Refer to section 4.14.3. Action Plan Templates.
