Messages offers an alternative way for you to communicate with your patient. It acts as a chat function inside of the app where you and your patient can message back and forth about inquiries and comments that they may have.
It is important to note and make clear for your patients that communication through the messaging function does not require an immediate response.
Send a Message
- Go to the patient overview.
- View the patient that you would like to message.
- Open the message center from the left hand menu.
- Write your message in the field at the bottom of the screen.
- Send the message by clicking on
