In Administration, you can add new patients and clinicians, change their associations, and view their contact information.

To add a patient or clinician in the system, clinic on the relevant patient or clinician group and then you click on either ‘Invite new patient’ or ‘Create clinician’. Once a patient is added in the system, they will receive an email and have the opportunity sign up and download and install the app on their smartphone.

Note that you cannot reuse email addresses in the system.

A patient’s information will not show up on the clinician’s Patient Overview unless they are associated with that clinician.
