You can add action plan templates. Action plan templates can consist of tips, notes, and plans for the occurrence of specific behaviour.

Once you create the template, it will be distributed to all patients who are created after the template was added. If you would like to distribute it to a preexisting patient, or add a specific template for only one patient, refer to section xx

Add action plan

  1. Click “Add Action Plan” in top right corner.
  2. Add a title to your action plan. Each action plan contains sub-sections called items.
  3. Click on “Add new”. These items serve as sub-sections to your action plan.
    > To remove an item in an action plan, click on ‘Delete’.
  4. Fill in the title of your action plan and fill in the input form.
  5. Click ‘Save’ when done

Edit action plan

  1. Click on the action plan you wish to edit
  2. Edit a title to your action plan. Each action plan contains sub-sections called items
  3. Click on “Add new”. These items serve as sub-sections to your action plan

  4. Fill in the title of your action plan and fill in the input form
  5. Click ‘Save’ when done.

  1. Click on the action plan you wish to edit
  2. Fill in the input field
  3. Click ‘Save’.

Delete action plans

  1. Click on the action plan you wish to delete
  2. Click on ‘Delete’.
