Messages offers an alternative way for you to communicate with your patient. It acts as a chat function inside of the app where you and your patient can message back and forth about inquiries and comments that they may have.
It is important to note and make clear for your patients that communication through the messaging function does not require an immediate response.
Send a Message
- See previous messages from the patient and other associated clinicians in the scrollable thread section on the side sheet.
- Write your message in the field at the bottom of the side sheet.
- Send the message by clicking on “Send”.
The messaging module can also be configured as a one-way communication channel, where you can send messages to your patient.
