The action plans section is there for you to create helpful plans and memos for your patient. Action plans can consist of tips, notes, and plans for the occurrence of specific behaviour. Each action plan contains sub-sections called items.

Add action plan

  1. Add a title to your action plan. Each action plan contains sub-sections called items.
  2. Click on “Add new”. These items serve as sub-sections to your action plan.
  3. To remove an item in an action plan, click on ‘Delete’.
  4. Fill in the title of your action plan and fill in the input form.
  5. Click ‘Save’ when done

All patient action plans can be viewed and edited in the “Resources” section of page. See section “Resources” for more details.

You can submit an action plan template that will be distributed to multiple patients. Refer to section “Action plan templates”.
