5.5. Details

This section will provide you with an overview of your patient’s personal and contact information, diagnosis information, family history, and treatment notes.

Edit details:

1. Locate the card with the details that you would like to edit either by scrolling to the relevant section or using the links on the right side of the screen
2. To edit, click in the input field or by clicking “Add”
3. Click anywhere outside the card you’ve just edited to save the changes
