You can – from either the patient list or on any page of a specific patient – take action to engage with the patient or document relevant information related to the patient.
Patient list
On the patient list you can take action by clicking the “Take Action” button on each patient card. To take a specific action, select from the available actions in the drop down.
Specific patient
On any patient page you can take action by clicking the “Take Action” button in the top-right corner of the screen. To take a specific action, select from the available actions in the drop down.
