4.5.1. Edit Details

For patients:

1. Click on in the upper-right corner.
2. When you are done with your edits, click on ‘Save’.

For clinicians:

1. Locate the box with the details that you would like to edit.
2. To edit, click on to the right of the heading.
3. Click ‘Save.’
