4.1. Login and Logout

For patients:

You log into the web portal with the same email address and password combination as you use to log into the phone app.

Log in
Type in the email and password you chose at the registration.

Log out
Click on in the upper-right corner of the screen and confirm that you want to log out.

Recover password

1. Click on ‘recover password’.
2. You will receive an email containing instructions on how to reset your password.
   

For clinicians:

Login

1. Go to https://my.monsenso.com
2. Type in the email and password you chose at the registration.

Logout

Click on in the upper-right corner of the screen and confirm that you want to log out.
