3.5.1. Add, Edit and Delete Action Plans

To add an action plan:

1. Press “+” in the top right of the screen.
2. Enter a title.
3. Press “+” in the bottom right corner of the screen to add a card to the action plan.
4. When you are finished, press “done” in the top right corner.
   

To edit an action plan:

1. Press on the action plan you would like to edit, and choose ‘Edit’ in the top right corner of the screen.
2. When you are finished editing, press ‘Done’, also found in the top right.
   

To delete an action plan:

1. Choose which you would like to delete and swipe towards the left, so that ‘Delete’ appears in red on the right.
2. Press ‘Delete’.
