You can access the notification center from anywhere in the web portal by clicking on the bell icon in the lower left corner of the screen.

In the notification center you can see all your unread messages from patients you are associated with.

If you have any incoming unread messages, they will appear next to the notification center for a few seconds before disappearing again.

The bell icon will display a red dot if you have any unread messages.

To read an unread message you can either go to the individual patients “Take Action” button (A red dot will be displayed on the button if you have unread messages). Alternatively you can go to the notification center and click on the specific notification in the notification list.
