If your clinic is configured to support sending questionnaires, you are able to send any of the available patient questionnaires to the patient at your discretion.
Send questionnaire
- Select the relevant questionnaire in the dropdown
- Write a message – this will appear as a notification on the patients phone
- Set the date and time you want you want the questionnaire to be sent (A few minutes delay can be expected at peak times)
- Click “Send” to schedule the questionnaire.
