If your clinic is configured to support sending questionnaires, you are able to send any of the available patient questionnaires to the patient at your discretion.

Send questionnaire

  1. Select the relevant questionnaire in the dropdown
  2. Write a message – this will appear as a notification on the patients phone
  3. Set the date and time you want you want the questionnaire to be sent (A few minutes delay can be expected at peak times)
  4. Click “Send” to schedule the questionnaire.
